BPS Pekalongan Regency Holds Apple Ceremony to Commemorate Kartini Day

In commemoration of Kartini Day, the Pekalongan Regency Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) held a commemorative ceremony on Monday, April 21, 2025, at the local office yard. This activity took place solemnly and full of national spirit. The ceremony was attended by all employees of BPS Pekalongan Regency. Female employees looked elegant wearing kebaya, while male employees wore batik, as a form of respect for the values of Raden Ajeng Kartini's struggle in fighting for women's emancipation.

The Head of BPS Pekalongan Regency in his mandate conveyed the importance of emulating Kartini's spirit, especially in improving self-quality, independence, and active contribution in nation building. Through this event, it is hoped that it can inspire all BPS employees, especially women to always be present and take part in the struggle to educate the nation, empower others, and continue the noble values and struggles of Mrs. Kartini.
