Monitoring 2024 SEP Field Data Collection as an Effort to Ensure Data Quality

Hi #datafriends, did you know, data is expensive but building without data will be more expensive. To ensure quality data, it needs to be well monitored, starting from officer training, data collection, inspection and processing. On Tuesday (11/6) the Head of BPS Pekalongan Regency, Maibu Barwis Sugiharto, S.ST, M.Si, supervised the 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) data enumeration. Supervision was carried out in the Kalijoyo Village area, Kajen District and Watugajah Village, District Kesesi.

In each data collection activity, supervision needs to be carried out to ensure that the data collected by officers has been carried out according to the SOP and produces data that describes actual conditions. SEP 2024 activities aim to produce accurate and up-to-date agricultural economic data that can be used as a reference for the government and stakeholders in planning and formulating policies for internal interests and for national development.
